Job Summary

As a CASA Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals,and networking events.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand their banking requirements and promote our CASA products and services.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our CASA products to customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Cross-sell other banking products and services to enhance the customer's banking experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of meetings, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Relationship Managers and Branch Managers, to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.


  • Graduate with 1 year voice experience.
  • Communication and thought process has to be good.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field. .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, especially CASA products, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
